Browsing the Beexplorer site or using any of the services we offer through it means you're agreeing to the terms laid out below. They work alongside our Privacy Policy and any other guidelines we may publish over time, so it's worth keeping an eye on both.
We may update these Terms occasionally. When that happens, registered users will hear about it by email, and the changes take hold as soon as the revised version is live on the Site. We also reserve the right to limit or end anyone's access to the Site or our services, with or without an account, at our discretion.
Because these Terms cover how you and Beexplorer relate to one another, it's worth reading through them properly, and checking back now and then in case anything shifts.
1. Who Can Use Beexplorer
By using our services, you're confirming that you meet the legal age requirement where you live, and that whatever information you give us is honest, accurate, and up to date. You're also confirming that nothing stops you, legally or otherwise, from using our services, and that you'll follow the rules of any third-party payment provider we work with, assuming you're not barred from using that provider either.
2. Setting Up an Account
Certain parts of the Site may ask you to set up an account. When you do, we expect honest, complete, and current details, no fake identities, and no re-registering if we've previously removed you. You'll likely choose a username and password, and keeping those private is on you: don't hand them off to anyone without clear authority to act for you. Let us know right away if you think someone's gotten into your account without permission, since you're responsible for whatever happens under it. Beexplorer won't be on the hook for losses tied to unauthorized account access, and having an account doesn't give you ownership over it. If you've been added to an account on behalf of an organization, that organization may be able to see what's in it.
Want to close your account? Reach out anytime to contact@beexplorer.net and we'll handle it. We also reserve the right to close an account ourselves, for any reason, at any time.
3. Extra Terms for Specific Services
A given service might come with its own additional terms, which we'll point you to when relevant. Using that service means accepting those extra terms too. If anything in them clashes with what's written here, these core Terms take priority.
4. Accounts for Teams and Organizations
Signing up on behalf of a company or team lets you bring other authorized people on board, within whatever plan limits apply, and each of them may need their own login details. Whoever registers the organization account is vouching for the accuracy of the information entered, and understands that the account owner carries responsibility for everything that happens under it, while organization admins may be able to view activity across every linked user. Registering on an organization's behalf also means confirming you actually have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
5. What You Can and Can't Do Here
You're welcome to browse the Site and use our services on your own devices. What's off the table: reverse-engineering, renting, reselling, sublicensing, or building derivative products from the Site or its data, and running bots, scrapers, or similar tools to pull content without our written go-ahead. Breaking these rules cuts off your access immediately and could cross into intellectual property territory, ours or someone else's. Any violation of these Terms ends your permission to use the Site on the spot, and we'll handle it in line with whatever law applies.
6. Other Sites and Other People
Links on our Site sometimes lead to places we don't run or control. We're not vouching for those destinations, and any link is there purely for convenience; if you click through, that's on you, and we're not liable for what you find there. The same goes for people: any dealings you have with other Beexplorer users, or anyone else you connect with through the Site, are between you and them. Do your own homework before engaging with anyone, and keep these Terms in mind when you do. If a disagreement comes up, we may step in at our discretion, and we'd expect your cooperation if that happens.
